Complaints: If you feel that your rights have been prejudiced, or you have been aggrieved in any way, you have the right to lodge a complaint. A copy of the complaints process is available upon request at the offices of Fundamental Investments (Pty) Ltd. You may additionally contact the compliance officer at the details below.

• If you are unsatisfied with the internal process, you may escalate the process to the relevant Ombud (FAIS or NFOS) or if still unsatisfied to the Registrar at the Financial Services Conduct Authority.
